Faculty Activity Reports
Lyterati's activity reporting module integrates with the taxonomy and allows for narrative responses. Lyterati allows multi-level and flexible workflows with the ability to comment on annual reports and route them to completion. A suite of analytical reports comes standard in the application to track and manage the process from start to finish.

Lyterati serves as a single platform to manage all faculty achievements. We start by bringing in faculty data from other ERPs through our integrated Data Loader. Our baseline integrations allow for data to come from a variety of enterprise systems such as a student information system, human resources system, grants management system, and evaluation systems.
Lyterati's comprehensive activity report module allows faculty ro record achievements for any part of the taxonomy and answer narrative questions. These questions can be designated as mandatory or conditionally mandatory, if needed, and responses to the narrative questions can take the form of drop-down menus, narrative text, or adding/pulling data to/from the Lyterati database. The order of the activity report's content can be modifed during configuration. The final content is rendered in PDF forfmatting.

Capture Faculty Accomplishments
Lyterati's Activity Report module makes creating, administering, and managing the annual reporting process easy. Faculty can pull existing contributions in the taxonomy headings or add new records directly into the report. Faculty can also save their work and come back to it later, attach files to the report, and download a PDF copy for their own records.
Review Using Workflow
The university sets the number of review levels for the Activity Report and may assign committees to review individual reports. Each level can have its own set of questions and there are no pre-set limits to the number of review levels. Supervisors can attach files to the report and, depending on security, can see comments by other supervisors.
When the faculty submits, the Activity Report is automatically routed to the next reviewer in the chain. The report goes through as many reviews as needed. See a sample workflow below.
PDF copies of the Faculty Activity Reports are provided to the institution at the completion of the reporting cycle. Prior Activity Reports are made available to faculty and supervisors within Lyterati.
Track & Manage
Lyterati includes a set of reports that track and notify faculty when they are behind. Responsibility is distributed: Department Chairs have access to faculty in their department. Deans have access to faculty in their college. However you choose to manage the process, Lyterati has you covered.
